Fans at Dude Perfect's show in Charleston, S.C., last week got more than the usual trick shots and laughs. They also witnessed a powerful moment of worship as Brandon Lake joined the group's members onstage.

Lake, a Grammy-winning Christian singer, shared the stage with Dude Perfect at the end of the night, where he applauded the members’ boldness before beginning a performance of Gratitude. Dude Perfect's Tyler Toney soon joined him, with both men playing guitar and singing. Members of the Harlem Globetrotters – special guests that night – also sang on stage.

Dude Perfect ends each of its shows with a brief gospel presentation.

Charleston was the first stop on the group’s 22-city Squad Games Tour.

“There's not many places you can do go-kart, soccer, and then end in some worship and have some church,” Lake said. “And these men, the way that they're carrying their faith – I just want to say, man, we need more people in this world like that who will boldly just proclaim the gospel.”

Dude Perfect’s official social media account celebrated the moment.

“What an amazing first night of the Squad Games Tour. Incredibly blessed to take a moment at the end of our show for some time in worship,” Dude Perfect wrote.

The official Harlem Globetrotters’ Instagram account added: “Amazing.”

It was Lake’s only scheduled appearance on the tour. Other special guests on the tour include the Savannah Bananas, Tim Tebow, and Zach King.

Toney told The Bible Caddie Podcast earlier this year that the group began sharing the gospel at the end of its shows in 2021.

“Our faith is very important to us,” he said.

Dude Perfect is a five-member group of friends who rose to fame through their trick-shot videos on YouTube before expanding into an entertainment brand with live tours, merchandise, books, and media projects.
